Verdict

Overall, the chatbot does what it is designed to do. Although it does face difficulty in scanning the QR code of your energy bill, you can speed up the process by sending a zoomed picture. Also, the chatbot has an additional feature, encouraging you to save energy and money. At the moment, the chatbot can only understand keywords, not natural language.
