Schroders, an asset management company in Singapore recently released a chatbot known as Schroders Go on Facebook Messenger. The chatbot can answer questions from clients and provide data regarding fund management. Will the chatbot perform as expected when we test it? Since Schroders decided to use Facebook Messenger as the platform for their chatbot, you have to activate it like most other bots. To do so, you have to select “get started” from the chat.
