Depending on your answers, the chatbot will suggest appropriate products. If you select “View Details,” the chatbot redirects you to the official website, where you can read more about the product.

 

Similarly, when you select door-lock or motion-sensor, the chatbot gives you a list of products.

When you select “Go Green,” the chatbot will ask you to pick from one of the following devices:

 

  • Light-bulb
  • Thermostat
  • Plug

 

Depending on the category you select, the chatbot will show you a variety of products. Another important point to note is that the chatbot displays a picture of each product, so that you have a proper idea about it. Just like every other category, you can find out more about the product or save it to your list or even ask the chatbot for assistance.

 

The last category, “Comfort,” the chatbot asks you to select from plug, relay-switch, and hub. The chatbot will show you relevant products according to the category you select. Also, if you are feeling confused or you would like to go back to the main menu, you can select “restart” which appears at the end of every text.

 

Let’s test the chatbot to see if it can understand keywords, even if it isn’t related to the conversation.
